I have always exercised but started working out with William through GroupX about 7 years ago. What I quickly realized is that the exercises once done to train for athletes could actually be fun, and the transformation and strength of my body as a result were an amazing bonus. Each class is different and William’s understanding of the human body and motion makes his training at the level above the competition. My son also joins me when not playing ball and considers his strength, endurance, and agility to be a direct result of workouts with William.
